HEARTFELT STORYTELLING

As free spirits in the world of film and video, my wife Anna and I are the creative minds behind PAX ANIMA. Our passion lies in sustainable film projects for both commercial and non-profit purposes, focusing on mindfulness, community, and harmony with nature.
Our goal is to bring awareness of a more community-oriented lifestyle into the corporate world, which often emphasizes performance and numbers over holistic approaches.
We want to do things a bit differently. We use video marketing to promote sustainable business growth, step by step, because a tree doesn't grow in a day.
Creating meaningful content that goes beyond beautiful images—not just the polished advertising version with models or, in the age of generative AI, virtual characters, but the real people behind them, their heroes.
Why is this important?
86% of customers consider authenticity crucial when choosing their preferred brands.
78% of customers believe that a brand's environmental practices influence their purchasing decisions.

This means combining sustainability with authenticity—without greenwashing. We use psychology not to manipulate but to inspire, and this requires the right sensitivity. It demands a nuanced storytelling approach and is not for everyone, but for those who are ready to be open and show a certain degree of vulnerability by revealing challenges and demonstrating how they overcome them.
The new corporate culture: Living values
Many companies are sensing a shift in awareness. The shortage of skilled workers, employee demotivation, and productivity fluctuations are clear signs. But addressing these challenges solely with numbers, whether through cost-cutting or the use of generative AI content, is only a short-term solution.
That's why companies are increasingly integrating workshops and events and creating work environments that enhance well-being and thus promote productivity. Leadership and a sense of community play a crucial role in this. It all starts with a shift in mindset.
At the same time, there are companies that openly discuss their process chains and regularly run sustainability campaigns, not just to appear green, but to genuinely embrace it and give something back. For example, the 1% for the Planet community for businesses.
These are stories that need to be told. We are happy to help capture these stories in video format—from concept to distribution. 🎥✨ With an empathetic psychologist and myself as an experienced video creator, we are well-equipped to do so.
