SWIMMING WITH THE CURRENT OR AGAINST IT?

We are seeking partnerships with companies that openly share their entrepreneurial challenges.
Now, I (Alex) would like to share my own challenges as an individual and entrepreneur. At the moment, I feel like I am swimming against a strong current because I am searching for something different from what the system currently favors. Especially in the media industry, where I find myself, the trend is towards more performance in less time. Appreciation has become marketing, but is rarely lived. This is a challenge for someone seeking balance.
Sometimes I feel lost, but giving up is not an option because I have a mission that is greater than myself and my fears. Fear is usually just a projection into the future or dwelling in the past, not the here and now. The ego fears the now because it feeds on fear. Here, I am mainly talking about fear through thoughts or internal values.
We live in a society of separation, often in the "what if" instead of the "what is." Competition with others and with ourselves. At the same time, we have reached a phase where unchecked growth throws us out of balance. The environment and our consciousness show clear signs of this. The question is, why do we do this? Are we aware that something is wrong? When do we pause and realize that we need a break?
A possible solution
Mindfulness means being in the here and now and accepting what is without judgment and resistance. Wu Wei, the principle of action through non-action, is a way to do this. Acting through surrender without resistance and control. Trusting in the natural forces of life and that the right things will happen. This "non-doing" does not mean doing nothing, but rather following the natural course of things - the flow. In this state, we detach from the ego, which always wants to control.
It is also very much about the mindset of the community. Unity instead of separation.
Land borders viewed from space are not visible and thus artificial. Perhaps a good therapy for every Earthling would be to look at the world from space and pause, as astronauts do, and then return transformed.
Despite the challenges in the current system, I am convinced that a conscious and mindful lifestyle in harmony with the principles of minimalism and Wu Wei is possible. It requires courage and persistence, but more and more people are seeking a more fulfilling life in harmony with nature. This gives me hope and confirmation that it is worth continuing on this path.
